Ride For Peace 2008 - Thanks!

The weather turned out just great and so did the riding and support. Free coaching for the mere mortals and then the UK wakeboard gods hit the JBSki obstacles with some sick moves whilst the Ride for Peace stall did some great sales on T’s and Hoodies to further promote the cause.

Great to see Jeremy Gilley out there enjoying the riding after all the hard work he puts in to promote his cause, further evidenced the next day by his appearance on BBC1 on Andrew Marr’s sofa. For those that want to find out more about Jeremy’s efforts there is a rerun of last night’s BBC4 broadcast of his documentary “The Day After Peace” on 27th September at 22:45 on BBC Two. It’s also on BBC iPlayer now for the next five days.

That guy stood next to you on the JBSki dock is a real mover and shaker having met all the really significant world leaders in the past decade in the pursuit of his cause.
